How we handle your project information.

What CYK collects

When you submit a project request, CYK Construction Ltd. collects the contact, property, budget, timing and project information you provide. When you submit the form, basic technical and campaign-attribution information—such as the landing page, referring page and advertising query parameters—may also be processed to protect the form and identify which marketing source produced the inquiry.

How we use it

CYK uses this information to review your project, contact you, prepare for a consultation, measure inquiry sources and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Providers and retention

Website hosting, spam protection and transactional email providers may process the information on CYK’s behalf. CYK keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the project discussion, legal requirements and business records.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used as an essential security check on the inquiry form. It can process technical information needed to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse.

To limit repeated submissions, the website temporarily stores a protected hash of the visitor’s network address with an attempt count and expiry time. These security records contain no project details and are removed during routine cleanup after expiry.

Google Ads measurement stays blocked until you choose “Allow measurement.” If allowed, Google may process device, browser, page-view and advertising identifiers to measure campaign performance and attribute inquiries to CYK advertising. Your choices

With your permission, CYK also measures public pages viewed, active time while a page is visible and focused, broad traffic source, screen-size category, and whether a visit includes a form start, accepted inquiry, phone-link click or email-link click. This first-party report uses random browser-session and page identifiers. It does not record form contents, your screen, raw network addresses or full referring URLs. Visit records are retained for approximately 90 days and removed during routine cleanup. A temporary protected network-address hash limits measurement abuse. The report is restricted to CYK’s owner.

Choose “Use essential only” to keep optional website and Google Ads measurement blocked. Your choice is stored in a first-party browser cookie for up to six months so it can be respected on later visits. You can reopen the choice at any time below. Website measurement uses a per-tab session identifier that expires after 30 minutes without activity. Active time pauses when the page loses focus or after 30 seconds without interaction.

Your language preference is remembered in a browser cookie for up to six months. You can change it at the top of any public page.

You may ask what personal information CYK holds about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties.
